Presenter/Program Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at Woodridge Public Library. Please complete the Program Proposal Form. Staff will review your proposal; if your program meets the Library’s needs and budget, the Program Manager may contact you. Due to the high volume of proposals we receive, you will only be contacted if we are interested in moving ahead with your program. All submissions will be kept on file for future consideration.
