Presenter/Program Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at the Woodridge Public Library. Please take the time to read our Programming Policy. Complete the Program Proposal Form if you would like your program considered. Staff will review your proposal; if your program meets the Library’s needs and budget, a staff member may contact you. Due to the high volume of proposals we receive, you will only be contacted if we are interested in moving ahead with your program. All submissions will be kept on file for future consideration.
