Read to a Dog

Do you need to practice your reading, especially out loud?  Sign up to read to a therapy dog!  Trained therapy dogs and their handlers will meet one-on-one with children who have reading difficulties for a 15-minute session.  During that time, the children will practice their reading skills by reading out loud to the dogs.  For children in grades K - 6.  Sign-up for these Friday sessions will begin on Monday of each week and will take place in person or by phone at 630-487-2578.  There is a limit of eight readers for each Friday session.
