A regular Meditation practice has been touted by Forbes as one of the top ways to be happier! Experience a beginner-friendly, guided meditation practice and learn how you can start your own meditation practice in just 3 minutes a day from a longtime practitioner and teacher, our very own Adult & Teen Staff member Dana Kraszczynski.
Dana is a Certified Meditation Facilitator, Sound Healer, and Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She is trained and certified in guided meditation, sound healing and various styles of yoga.
You may choose to take part in the meditation from your cushioned program chair, or please feel free to bring a floor pillow, yoga mat and/or meditation cushion.
