Welcome to a place where job seekers and job movers come together to encourage, cajole and support each other’s job search.

Drop in this summer and meet other parents and caregivers for an hour of playtime and socializing.  Toys and books will be available in our Program Room for you and your children, under the age of 2,  to enjoy.

Adults and children will participate in hands-on preliteracy activity stations geared toward exploration and sensory play.  Activities are appropriate for children ages 3-5.  All children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Bring your own lunch!  Preschoolers may attend with an adult.  This week we will be showing BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.  Rated PG.

Pop-up Maker Space! Design a pop-up, light-up card or small sign with LED lights. Use energy conducting thread, a battery and LED bulbs to create a light-up cuff or bracelet.

For children entering 1st and 2nd grade, this program will include dramatic activities that are more appropriate for early readers.

Learn how to create, format, save and print a document, and how to insert pictures.

Prerequisite: Experience with the mouse/keyboard and Microsoft Windows.

CS First is a computer science program created by Google. It aims to empower children to create with technology and tell their own stories through hands-on computer programming activities.

Stories, fun sheets, crafts, music and more, each week there will be something new to explore!  For children entering grades 1 - 3.  This week's theme:  Build a Better Bug!

Do you need to practice your reading, especially out loud?  Sign up to read to a therapy dog!  Trained therapy dogs and their handlers will meet one-on-one with children who have reading difficulties for a 15-minute session.

Join us for some Reader's Theater, where the performers read their lines -- no memorization or experience needed!  Each week, we'll read through and select stories to use, make some simple props, and practice our production.

For our Spanish speaking families, this Spanish story program is for preschool children through 9 years of age, and will consist of stories, fingerplays, and songs. A parent or caregiver must attend the program with children under 3.
