The Best Stargazing Sights You Can Discover From Your Back Yard This Summer
Warm summer nights are here and it’s time to go stargazing! Rick Gering from the Naperville Astronomical Association (NAA) will introduce you to a collection of celestial targets that can be seen with the unaided eye, binoculars and telescopes, even from our suburban skies. Learn to recognize planets, constellations, star clusters, double stars, the Milky Way, a meteor shower, and more right from your own back yard!
Thursday, July 16, 7 p.m. This is a free virtual program using Zoom. Summer star charts and other handouts will be emailed to attendees prior to the program.
Please register and enter your e-mail address for instructions and Zoom connection details. Registration ends 30 minutes prior to the discussion.
