STEM Explosion! Science Fest for All Ages
Saturday, November 10, Noon – 4 p.m.
NIU is bringing their STEM Exploration Labs for an all-out explosion of 30 hands-on (feet-on, glasses-on, step-in, sit-on, duck-under) activities. Try the Turn-Table Spinner and twist yourself to a wild ride. Touch the Van de Graaff generator and watch your hair float. Use the “Cloak of Invisibility” lenses and make an object disappear. Try on the diffraction glasses and see nothing but rainbows! Did we say this was big? Get ready to experience science, technology, engineering and math! No matter what your age you’ll be amazed.
