Beyond Pumpkin Pie: Non-traditional pumpkin desserts for the holidays!

Pastry Chef Rose Deneen will demonstrate how to create desserts with pumpkin other than pie. Learn how to roast a sugar pumpkin and puree the pumpkin to use in Pumpkin Apple Pancakes, Pumpkin Bread Pudding and a Pumpkin Maple Mousse Trifle. Samples and recipe handouts provided.
