Free Community Flu Shot Clinic for the Uninsured

Event Details

Walgreen's pharmacists are bringing a free flu shot clinic to the Woodridge Public Library for uninsured members of the community. Flu vaccinations will be available for uninsured individuals, ages 10 and up. Participants without health insurance are asked to sign up online, and then stop by the library on October 20 between 1 and 3* p.m. for their shot. Walgreen's staff will ask that you show an ID and complete a voucher form prior to vaccination.
Registration is required.

* The Walgreen’s pharmacist has asked for an update to the clinic time, please plan to arrive for your shot between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The clinic is specifically intended to reach those in our community without insurance. Walgreens has the flu vaccine available at no cost to you, with most insurance, at many of their stores.
