Per the State of Illinois, our region has moved back to less restrictive mitigations. In response we have reopened the library with COVID-19 safety measures in place. Anyone entering the building must wear a mask, including those who've been vaccinated, and follow social distancing guidelines as mandated by the State of Illinois. The building is open with normal hours. COVID-19 is highly contagious. If you feel sick, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have a known exposure, or suspect you have been exposed, do not enter the library.

COVID-19 Precautions
We are following the latest CDC cleaning and disinfection recommendations and returned items are moving from a 3-day to a 24-hour quarantine before being checked in—no fines are assessed during the quarantine period. This change, from a 3-day to a 1-day quarantine starts February 24. In addition to wearing a mask, everyone entering the building must follow basic COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing. Anyone needing testing information may contact the DuPage Health Department at 630-682-7400 or at COVID-19 Testing.
