How to Get a Library CardLibrary card applications are available at the Circulation Desk. Patrons 14 and over must show one valid proof of residency (must have patron's name and Woodridge address).
Please note: For children aged 13 and under, a parent or legal guardian must produce their own valid identification. The parent's signature is required to show acceptance of responsibility. Non-resident Library CardsPatrons who live in unincorporated areas and do not pay Woodridge Public Library taxes must purchase a non-resident library card (according to Illinois Statutes). The fee for this card covers all members of the immediate family and is good for one year. Cardholders have full privileges at the Woodridge Library, and they are able to use the cards at other libraries in Illinois.
